Are You Insured?

Yes we are fully insured. Public liability and professional indemnity. Along with all our equipment is fully insured.


What deposit do you require?

Weddings: Our deposits range between £30 - £50 (excluding studio shoots) depending on which package you choose.

Parties, Christenings etc : deposits for these are £30

Studio sessions : we do not ask for deposits for studio bookings unless you have reschedueled a session 3 times prior


When does the remainder have to be paid?

Weddings : 30 days before the wedding 25% of balance needs to be paid. Then the remainder is due either before or on the day of wedding

Parties, Christenings, etc : either before or on the day

Studio : On the day of shoot

While above are a minimum payment requirements, you may pay all, part, bits whenever you wish.


How long will i have to wait for my cdroms / dvds?

While we aim to provide you with your cdroms / dvds as soon as possible, our maximum waiting times are as follows

Photography cdroms & dvd slideshow : 4-6 weeks

Video dvd's : maximum of 8 weeks


How many photographers/videographers will i get with my packages?

Wedding photography : there will be 2 photographers so you get different angles as well as the casual photos it also ensures all parts of your day are covered.

Wedding videography : there is 1 videographer but there are 2 x camcorders (1 of which is stationary) running throughout the important parts to ensure all parts of your day are covered along with the different angles.

Parties, Christenings, etc : 1 photographer / 1 videographer

Studio Sessions : 1 photographer with assistant for setting up


What is your booking process?

After initial contact (i.e date availability, any intial questions etc) our preferred booking process for weddings is as follows:

Arrange a free no obligation home visit where you will get the change to see our photography portfolio printed off, examples of our videography, ask any questions you may have, see proof of our insurance and also meet us to ensure you feel comfortable with us taking your photos on your special day

If you then decide to book with us a deposit would be required along with filling in the relevant paperwork and contracts.


Alternatively we can book you over the phone and paperwork through the post.

Receipts via text or paper will be provided for each type of payment.


Do you bring back up equipment?

Yes absolutely, in the unlikely case there is a fault with one of the cameras while this one is being replaced the 2nd shooter is still covering your day. 

While we cannot check all aspects (i.e sound) of the video while shooting there is always the second camcorder shooting to cover any faults.


What format will my photographs be in?

We provide our customers with high quality jpegs


What are your copyright policies?

While we hold the copyrights for the photographs/ videos, we do allow the client to use the material for printing and social media purposes (see our terms and conditions for full details)


What will you use our photographs/videos for?

In general we use photographs in our online portfolio, printed portfolio and advertising purposes.

We do not post full videos online (we only use clips from various videos), we do however take full videos to clients homes to show them examples of our work.

Occassionally we may sell some of our work to magazines etc.

While we have every right to do the above, we do offer an opt out option at time of booking. With regards to selling work we will contact the client before any agreement is made to ensure the client is happy for us to proceed.
